The Leadership Collective is an opportunity for students who are ready to take that next step.

Where Students Become Leaders.
The Leadership Collective is not something that students simply sign up for.
Students are invited based on the qualities we see them demonstrating in the dojo.
Maybe it's their willingness to help others.
Maybe it's their consistency, attitude, effort, confidence, or ability to encourage the people around them.
Maybe we've simply seen something in them that tells us they're ready for more.
Being invited isn't about being the best martial artist. It's about showing the potential to become a great leader.
MORE THAN JUST ANOTHER CLASS.
The Leadership Collective isn't another martial arts class.
Students continue attending their regular classes while participating in one Leadership Collective session each month.
These sessions give students the opportunity to explore what leadership really means through conversations, challenges, activities, and practical experiences.
We'll explore things like:

Leading yourself before leading others

Building confidence without ego

Communication

Responsibility and accountability

Handling challenges and failure

Empathy and supporting others

Making good decisions

Giving and receiving feedback

Becoming someone others can trust
And most importantly... We put those lessons into practice.
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Leadership Collective is an additional $40/month alongside your regular Wellness Dojo membership.
There is no separate application process.
Students are invited personally based on their demonstrated leadership potential.
If your child has been invited, it's because we've seen something in them that we believe is worth developing.
We'd love to help them discover just how far that potential can take them.
Monthly Leadership Session
One dedicated session each month focused on leadership development, discussion, challenges, and practical activities.
Leadership Opportunities
Students have opportunities to practice their skills by helping, teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the dojo community.
Mentorship
Students receive additional guidance and feedback from Sifu Kyle as they develop their leadership skills.
A Community of Leaders
Students learn alongside other young people who are also committed to becoming better versions of themselves and helping others do the same.
Paid Teaching Opportunities
Students who have been training in The Leadership Collective may have paid opportunities to assist or teach classes, private lessons, or programs.
